Yoga will be integrated throughout our journey
Pursuing yoga is seeking union, and seeking union is the divine path
It's from that perspective that we'll explore yoga in depth
We will weave Kundalini, Tantra, Vinyasa, Bhakti, Breathwork, and Meditation with Mythology, Metaphysics, and Philosophy
We'll transform our relationships with our physical and energetic bodies
We'll master the activation of our Kundalini Shakti, the life force that propels us in this world
This will catalyze radical transformation in our lives​​​
Nature
Pachamama holds a powerful and sacred healing space in Joshua Tree
The desert skies, the pace, the quiet, the energy vortex, the cosmic wonder of a starry night, all combine to create a portal to transformation
We'll have ample time to slow down, gaze with wonder, and heal with the pace of the desert
Food

Our chef will prepare a nourishing, balanced, seasonal, plant-based menu for all guests
Why plant-based?
Ahimsa is one of the five Yama's in yogic philosophy
It means respect for all living things and avoidance of violence
In yogic philosophy, the yama's and niyama's come even before the physical asanas
They are prerequisites on the path to spiritual ascendence

One that helps us to thrive, aligns with our spirit, and supports us in our mission

Trail-Running
Running has been another great passion and catalyst in my life
I find great joy in pushing myself through the pain cave
It's also a fantastic bonding experience to accomplish a big goal with brothers
I'll be stoked to lead the group on my favorite trail run in Joshua Tree National Park
It's about 6 miles, and we'll have different pace groups
If that doesn't sound like your speed, don't fret -hiking and bouldering options will be available during our time in the National Park​​

From the dawn of our species, men have gathered to hold space for each other​

In today's world, with its pace, unique demands, and conditioning, there are few containers for men to come together in this capacity

At it's root, this retreat is about reviving that integral experience in our fast-paced and demanding lives
